ORDERING POLICY
TERMS: All orders must be prepaid using PAYPAL, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, JCB or DINERS CLUB
SHIPPING: Most chandeliers are shipped via UPS. Larger fixtures must be shipped via truck. We determine the best method to ship unless requested otherwise.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: Our responsibility ceases after we obtain carrier’s receipt. Make all claims for loss or damage directly to the transportation company. We will assist in every way possible to collect your claim for loss or damage. Retain all packing material for the carriers receipt.
RETURNS: If you receive a product that is not what you expected or the product was damaged, Victorian Lighting Works offers a 30-Day Return Policy. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-822-1898. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
30-DAY RETURN: Products may be returned in the original condition within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Products sent back to Victorian Lighting Works undamaged will be processed for credit using the same method as the original payment. The original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.
AFTER 30DAY RETURN: Returned products received after 30 days will have a 20% re-stocking fee applied.
RETURN MERCHANDISE INSTRUCTIONS:
*Repack the product including all parts in the original packing if possible.
*Include a copy of the original Sales Order with your Name and address.

GUARANTEE: Our policy is to provide full satisfaction or we will refund purchase price, credit your account or provide replacement.
SALES TAX: Unless complete resale number is supplied with order, PA residents add 6% sales tax.
